A New President for Research Solutions

Research Solutions Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Rick Higginbotham to the position of President. Rick has over 27-years of extensive leadership experience from within the chemical and nuclear-power industries.

Rick and his wife, Shay, have been married for 26-years and they have one son, Phillip, who is currently in medical school at UAB.  Rick holds a BS in Biophysics from the University of Southern Indiana.

For the past two and a half years, Rick has served Research Solutions as Executive Vice President before accepting the position of President. As EVP, Rick worked with Sales, Operations, Finance, and upper-management teams providing direct oversight in all areas of the company.

Rick also played a major role in the successful completion of our building expansion project, completed in June of 2018. His expertise, experience, and knowledge of the industry provide an invaluable resource to the company as it furthers its position as a leader in the chemical-distribution industry.
