The Five-Star Award

When you’ve got an amazing team who works hard and is committed to the company, it is important to recognize them and thank them for their service. One way we do that at Research Solutions is with our Five-Star Award—a highly esteemed honor given to one diligent employee each year.

The Five-Star Award reflects the DNA of Research Solutions: our Core Values. Discovery, Integrity, Quality, Service and Stewardship are exemplified each and every day at our branches and are part of what contributes to our success. At Research, our goal is to leave things better than they were, to do work with purpose and on purpose, avoid cutting corners, and be safe every time. The Five-Star Award recognizes those who not only hit that mark, but exceed that mark often and lead by example.

We are very excited to announce that the winner of our 2018 Five-Star Award is Heather Danner of our Mobile, Alabama branch! There are many outstanding qualities that can be attributed to a Five-Star employee and Heather meets all of them. She is consistently dependable, a problem solver, thinks quickly and creatively on her feet, and she serves as a role model to others.
