Operations Supervisor- Pelham, AL 

We currently have an opening for an Operations Supervisor. We are looking for a team leader who is also a team player for this important hands-on position. Job Responsibilities: 

• Planning and coordinating the daily work direction and oversight of several drivers and production personnel in order to facilitate a safe and efficient workplace.

• Ensure that all safety procedures are being adhered to in accordance with company, OSHA, and DOT guidelines / requirements.

• Scheduling of routine maintenance of equipment

• Perform product quality checks

• Inventory counts / reconciliation

• Ensure daily and monthly checklists are completed in a timely manner

• Secure property by following protection and access policies and procedures

• Help fill orders as needed

• Make product delivers as needed

 Qualification:

•  Prior leader experience, either supervisory or management preferred

• CDL license and forklift certification preferred

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to multitask

• Be a team leader as well as a team player

• Have analytical and problem solving skills

• Have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Have Windows based computer system experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Customer Service oriented
