Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all safety procedures are being adhered to in accordance with Company, OSHA, and DOT guidelines/requirements
• Actively interact with team members to ensure that they are engaged in productive work and systems are functioning properly
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; oversee processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
• Cultivate relationship between operations, customer service and sales
• Oversee customer service
• Schedule truck routing
• Inventory control
• Manage production and operational goals and assure compliance with company standards and expectations
• Secure property by following protection and access policies and procedures; maintain integrity of the facility security system
• Make product deliveries as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership experience, either supervisory or management preferred
• Class A CDL preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to multitask and work well with others under pressure
• Have analytical and problem solving skills
• Have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in working with a Windows based computer system
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
